IER has fully legal authority to deliver scientific consultant and technology transfer services.
According to registered cartification No-540 issued on August, 18th, 1997 by MOSTE, the fields of environmental engineering and science application of IER are:

• Scientific researching, technology designing and expanding treatment technology of water and wastewater, solid and hazardous waste, air pollution, noise controlling and ventilation engineering;
• Scientific and technological services: EIA, consulting, establishing environmental protection project, transferring treatment technology of water, wastewater, noise and air pollutants; training, technical information and environmental education.

  

According to registered certification No-520, issued on March, 19th, 1997 by MOSTE, the scientific and technological activities of IER are:

• Scientific research for environmental technology and resources that are applied in the fields of reasonable exploiting and using natural resources, industry, residential areas, agricultural, forestry and fishery activities;
• Production and experimentation of environmental technology (grey and green), biopreparation and chemical manufractured production in the field of environmental protection;
• Scientific services: training, consultant, applying technologies to protect the environment.
