The IER Library started in 1998 to be in service and still under development process. It became a part of the Department of Academic Affaires in April 2004.

• The library collection includes 443 book titles, 15 journals, 201 thesis, and more than 500 EIA and scientific reports related to environmental science and technology.
• The Library is open to all readers, both inside and outside IER. Reader who is not IER staff/student can use the library provided showing an ID upon entry into the library.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7h30-11h15 and 13h30-16h45 except all official holidays.
